Stocks using reduced price/book ratios or price/earnings quotients. In times past, importance shares have loved better average results in comparison with growth stocks and options (stocks along with substantial price/book or maybe P/E percentages) in a number of places

The Neopian Stock market is a wonderful game that literally generates neopoints for you. It's a game you will spend 5 minutes each day "playing" yet you will make thousands upon thousands of neopoints. This guide will explain how the Neopets stock market works and will give you a step by step instruction on how to use it to its maximum efficiency.

The Stock Market game is a game with almost zero risk and with extremely high rewards. The only way you can lose neopoints is if you sell stocks for less then what you bought them for, but that won't happen if you follow my guide.

First of all, we need to explain how the stock market works. There are a total of 43 companies, each with a different current price with some being as low as 6, to others in the hundreds. In the stock market, one can buy only 1000 shares each and every day. The company you can buy from must currently be at 15 neopoints a share or more.

To buy a stock you click on your desired companies ticker which brings you to the company profile, click on the name of the company to purchase shares in it. Where it says number of shares, you can type in a number between 1-1000.

Now, before you go buying a bunch of stock in random companies you need to know the best way to make neopoints. The key to making a lot of neopoints on the stock market is following the following strategy.

1. Each and every day, go to the stock market and purchase 1000 shares of any stock listed at 15. This way you invest the smallest amount of NP and it maximizes your future profits.

2. As your portfolio grows, you need to diversify. What I mean by diversify is that you need to buy stock in many different companies. For example, if everyday for the last 5 days you have bought 1000 shares in DROO because it has been at 15, you should buy stock in a different company at 15. Buying in as many companies as possible diversifies your portfolio. The main reason you need to diversify is because the more companies you have, the better chance that one will hit your selling point.

3. Set a selling point, preferably 60. Stocks rise and fall. Some of your stocks will linger below 15 for a while and it's OK, leave them alone. All stocks rise eventually and when they do, they usually hit 60 neopoints per share. This is when you sell that company.

In conclusion, if you buy stocks at 15 neopoints a share daily and only sell when that company hits 60, your investment of 15,000 NP will increase 300%. Following this strategy will make you pure profit. Unlike the bank, where your neopoints stay unchanged, the stock market triples your original investment. Think about it, every time you invest 15,000, you're bound to sell it for 60,000. If that is not a great way to make a ton of neopoints, I don't know what is.

Remember, the stock market it a game of patience, there will be periods of time where none of your stocks are rising and many are sadly sitting below 15 NP per share. Don't worry about it and DON'T sell at a loss, ever! In due time, every stock will rise. I wish you good luck in making millions at the neopian stock market.
